Supplement Submission & Claim Administration

Using Xactimate software, we will create a supplemental estimate by first laying out the existing insurance scope of work and then performing an extensive review of photos, videos, code requirements and any additional 3rd party reports needed to produce a truly comprehensive scope.

Once completed and approved by you, we will submit to the carrier and manage all communications and revision requests until the claim has been finalized.

If we don’t secure an increase, you pay nothing!

We perform a full analysis of inspection photos, carrier scope and local code requirements to create a comprehensive supplement. Once reviewed by you, we submit to carrier and administer all communications, objections and revisions until the claim is finalized. We work out of your CRM to ensure you are updated every step of the way!

Supplement Support

We create a comprehensive supplement package just as we do in the turn key product but you are in drivers seat. This service includes 3 revisions ($25.00 per additional revision) as well as full support to your team on strategy, objections and other complications that may arise as you and the carrier work through the claim process. PDF and ESX files are provided for each claim.
